The entire country is well aware of the fraud committed by Wall Street executives. We, as many others, were very supportive
of new regulatory actions to regin in these institutions.

Care should be taken not to paint all Wall Street executives with the same brush.

Let's mention one. Have you heard of Ed Owens? He manages the Vanguard Health Care fund. One reason you probably have not heard of him is that he spends his time managing a portfolio--not promoting himself in the press.

Fortune, in its June 16 edition, identifies him, along with several others as key leaders. Fortune states:

"If you're not getting the returns you need from your current roster of funds, replace the lineup you will find in the pages ahead."

With respect to Mr. Owens it states:

" So why haven't you heard of him? For one thing, Owens doesn't chase the press. He gives only a handful of interviews a year.....preferring to focus his time on finding stocks on the mend".

Look at his results:

RETURN

3 year 5%
5 year 12%
10 year 20%

Manager tenure 19 years
Expense ratio 0.31%
Front load None

How's that for performance at a great price!
