The Central Intelligence Agency is ramping its cybersecurity efforts with increased investments in technology, a move that the agency claims also will boost efficiency. Agencies involved in national security, like the Homeland Security Department, the National Security Agency and the CIA, must be particularly cautious about cyber threats.
