MMS is extending an ICR regarding Fixed and Floating Platforms and Structures in the Outer Continental Shelf. MMS will use information collected to determine the structural integrity of all offshore platforms and floating production facilities. The information will also be used to ensure the structures are safe for their intended purpose, personnel, and pollution prevention. MMS will also use the information to ensure proper construction of safety systems and pipelines.
