The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is issuing final regulations to carry out the notification and training requirements of the “No FEAR Act” of 2002, which is meant to free the Federal workplace of discrimination and retaliation. This rule, effective as of September 18, 2006, will implement the notice and training provisions of the “No FEAR Act.”
