"Washington, D.C. (AHN) - The Senate votes in favor of a treaty that would see the U.S. joining the Council of Europe's Convention on Cybercrime, which includes 40 other countries dedicated to fighting Internet crimes.
The convention is the first international treaty to combat Internet crimes by improving investigative techniques, increasing cooperation among countries, and harmonizing laws."
