"WASHINGTON, Oct. 10 (UPI) -- The chief information officer for the 16 U.S. intelligence agencies is racing the clock to produce a new cyber-security policy.
Dale Meyerrose, the chief information officer for Director of National Intelligence John Negroponte, told the Washington Technology newsletter that by the end of the year he would issue new guidance "to be implemented quickly in seven areas, including certification and accreditation, software re-use, security policy and security standards."
