01/02/08 HHS Request Survey On Appeal Satisfaction

The Department of Health and Human Services requests information collection of Medicare beneficiaries, providers, and suppliers on their satisfaction or disatisfaction of appeals from the Office of Medicare Hearings and Appeals. The Appellant Climate Survey will be used to measure appellant satisfaction with their OMHA appeals experience, as opposed to their satisfaction with a specific ruling.
