Transparency for Public Dockets

NPR has a story on Jim Tozzi, a former lobbyist who has used his experience to create a Web site that makes the public docket process more transparent. Public dockets are used to gather comments from the public and other stakeholders on proposed rules and regulations, yet in the past it's been hard to one, provide feedback and two, determine if the feedback is reliable. Tozzi's site, The Interative Public Docket, allows the public to comment on public dockets as well as respond to other people's comments.
