OMB Guidance To Aid Agencies Examine Performance
"The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform has requested that the Government Accountability Office compare US broadband deployment and "individual access rates" to those of other countries and report on the "unique characteristics" of the US that affect broadband penetration. The Committee also wants to know the extent to which federal agencies are utilizing existing tools to encourage the growth of broadband service."
