OMB Issues Stimulus Spending Guidelines To Government Agencies
Office of Management and Budget has issued a stimulus spending guidance memo to agency and department heads. The paper requires agency heads to submit spending and performance data to Recovery.gov, a new government Web site devoted to tracking how the stimulus funds are spent. Agencies also will need to make public any documentation springing from stimulus-related government contracts.
