OMB Extends Deadline For Regulatory Review Process
In a Federal Register notice, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has pushed back the deadline for public comments regarding how the administration should reshape the White House regulatory review process. The original March 16 deadline was pushed to March 31. Citing a flood of suggestions from interest groups, the Obama administration extended the public comment period on its plan to revamp the White House regulatory process.
