Senate Hearing on State, Tribes
And Local Government Role in ESA
On September 21, 2005, the Fisheries, Wildlife and Water Subcommittee (Chairman Chafee, R-R.I.) of the Senate and Public Works committee will hold a hearing on the Endangered Species Act and the roles of the states, Tribes and local governments in the ESA.
