CRE Brasil Seeks Public comment on Brazilian Marine Mammal Report
The Center for Regulatory Effectiveness Brasil requests public comment on a report about the Brazilian Government's actions with regard to marine mammals, including actions taken by the government pursuant to the 1946 International Convention for the Regulation of Whaling.

CRE Brasil requested that Pontificia Universidade Catolica of Sao Paulo Law School ("PUC") prepare the report. CRE Brasil intends to introduce the PUC report and CRE Brasil's comments into national and international regulatory proceedings. CRE Brasil requests that any interested member of the public review and comment on the PUC report.
