The Center for Regulatory Effectiveness has carefully examined the proposed OMB Data Access rule and the benefits which can result from the implementation of such provisions. CRE has also cataloged and considered the various concerns with the Data Access provisions raised by members of the scientific community and other and has sought to come up with workable solutions to such concerns.
