Ontario Provincial Police have charged two men – including a Vaughan man related to an alleged organized crime family – with distributing contraband tobacco.
Following a month-long investigation into the distribution of unstamped cigarettes, OPP executed two search warrants on Sept. 28 that led to the charges.
