BALTIMORE (AP) — An Owings Mills man has been sentenced to 18 months in prison for plotting to distribute $6.6 million in contraband cigarettes.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office said in a news release that 43-year-old Elmar Rakhamimov was also ordered to pay $400,000 in restitution at sentencing Friday in federal court in Baltimore.
