A ban on the sale of menthol-flavoured cigarettes will fuel demand for contraband tobacco, warns the head of the Ontario Convenience Stores Association (OCSA).
OCSA CEO Dave Bryans said about 80,000 people in the province smoke menthol tobacco every day and most indicate they would look for another source if it was unavailable in corner stores.
