SBA Office Of Advocacy
Comments On EPA's Stormwater Runoff Regulations
On March 30, 2004, Advocacy filed comments on the Environmental Protection Agency’s proposed rule to establish new water quality requirements for construction and development activities. SBA was concerned about the cost and effectiveness of the regulations. Last week EPA announced it was not going to issue a regulation. See CRE Regulatory Action of the Week archive.
