Commission Addresses Importance of Ocean Policy
The US Commission on Ocean Policy has released a report that stresses the importance of oceans for the country and calls for more oversight on the nation's ocean initiatives. The report goes further to state that there are policy overlaps at federal regulatory agencies and when eliminated will surface more resources for ocean research.
