DOE Biological and Environmental Research Advisory Committee Meets
The Department of Energy’s Biological and Environmental Research Advisory Committee will meet Thursday, June 27, 2013; 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday, June 28, 2013, 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at the Gaithersburg Marriott Washingtonian Center, 9751Washingtonian Boulevard, Gaithersburg, Maryland 20878. The purpose of this meeting is to provide advice to the Director, Office of Science of the Department of Energy, on the many complex scientific and technical issues that arise in the development and implementation of the Biological and Environmental Research Program. Tentative agenda topics include a report from the Office of Biological and Environmental Research; news from the Biological Systems Science and Climate and Environmental Sciences Divisions; and a discussion of the Office of Science Digital Data Policy.
