EPA Renews its FACA BOSC
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has determined that, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, 5 U.S.C. App. 2, the EPA Board of Scientific Counselorsis in the public interest and isnecessary in connection with theperformance of EPA's duties.Accordingly, the BOSC will be renewedfor an additional two-year period.

Thepurpose of BOSC is to provide adviceand recommendations to the EPA Administrator regarding science andengineering research, programs and plans, laboratories, and researchmanagement practices.
