Cave Resources Protection Act
Cave Resources Protection Act --Public Law 100-691 (16 U.S.C. 4301 et seq.; 102
Stat. 4546) established requirements for the management and protection of caves
and their resources on Federal lands, including allowing the land managing
agencies to withhold the location of caves from the public, and requiring
permits for any removal or collecting activities in caves on Federal lands.
