Transfer of Certain Real Property for Wildlife Conservation Purposes Act (16
U.S.C. 667b-667d) -- The Act of May 19, 1948, (62 Stat. 240) as amended by the
Act of June 30, 1949, (63 Stat. 381), by Public Law 92-432, approved September
26, 1972, (86 Stat. 723), and by Public Law 104-66 (109 Stat. 730) approved
December 21, 1995, provides that upon a determination by the Administrator of
the General Services Administration, real property no longer needed by a Federal
agency can be transferred without reimbursement to the Secretary of the Interior
if the land has particular value for migratory birds, or to a State agency for
other wildlife conservation purposes.
