The Patent and Trademark Office announces the release of the final version of the Examination Guidelines for Computer-Related Inventions. The final version of the Guidelines is identical to the prior-released (for discussion purposes while it was under review in the Executive Branch) January 18, 1996, version of the Examination Guidelines for Computer-Related Inventions.
