The FedLaw Website was developed by the late Janice K. Kendenhall. Ms. Mendenhall served as both Assistant Regional Administrator in the Federal Technology Service of the GSA in Atlanta Georgia, and as a part of the Senior Executive Service (SES), ES-5, a position she held from November, 1982 to July 23, 2001. The wide scope of her activities exposed her to a range of technology and information systems: voice, data, video, telecommunications and computer systems, services she was able to secure by way of contracts She was responsible for managing information resources for Federal agencies in 8 states, for supervising 100 Federal employees, and for maintaining and overseeing a $260 million annual budget.
