EFFECTIVE DATE
Section 205(b) of Pub. L. 98-577 provided that: ''The amendment
made by subsection (a) (enacting this section) shall take effect at
the end of the 180-day period beginning on the date of the
enactment of this Act (Oct. 30, 1984).''

Property, and Works, apply to this subchapter
