Army Major General Jennifer L. Napper joined the U.S. Cyber Command in Fort Meade, Md., as director of plans and policy, FedScoop reports.
Napper previously headed the Army’s Network Enterprise Technology Command in Fort Huachuca, Ariz., where she led cloud email-system consolidation efforts.
She will be replaced as head of Army NetCom by Maj. Gen. Alan Lynn, currently commander of Fort Gordon, Ga.
