National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine -- NIH The National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM) is "dedicated to exploring complementary and alternative healing practices in the context of rigorous science, training complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) researchers, and disseminating authoritative information to the public and professionals."

Since "sound science" is in its mandate, NCCAM should work to ensure that statements made by other agencies regarding topics under its jurisdiction comply with the Data Quality Act.
