About

The content of this website is dedicated to developing principles which are to guide the management of the administrative state. The administrative state is in a constant state of flux in large part because each incoming administration institutes its own program to control it and at times is diametrically opposed to that of its predecessor.

Given the interdependencies in our society it is likely that the administrative state will continue to increase.  The Magna Carta developed herein is a result of a public interactive discussion aimed at providing each incoming Administration with the goal posts  which define the boundaries of acceptable regulation. This website in managed by the Center for Regulatory Effectiveness. Financial support from Federal Focus is duly appreciated.
