EPA's Annual Data Quality Act Report
The Data Quality Act requires that agencies "periodically" send OMB a report on the DQA Requests for Correction they receive. EPA has now sent OMB a report on the 13 Requests for Correction and two Requests for Reconsideration EPA received in Fiscal Year 2003. This report provides EPA's summary of the nature of the Requests and of the Agency's action on them. CRE applauds EPA for issuing a report that demonstrates that the Agency recognizes its duties under the DQA.
