SEC Seeks Comment on Reg-Flex Act Review
The Securities and Exchange Commission is reviewing seven of its existing rules under the Regulatory Flexibility Act. The Reg-Flex Act requires the SEC to review annually rules it adopted ten years ago. The SEC's review must include several considerations, including the continued need for the rule and any changes that affect the area regulated. The SEC asks for public comment on its review of these rules.
