NGO Asks EPA to Repeal Data Quality Act
The Center for Progressive Regulation asked EPA to deny a Data Quality Act petition filed by a trade association and paint company. The DQA petition argues that the Data Quality Act precludes EPA from approving certain state SIP amendments under the Clean Air Act.
