NOAA Requests Comment on Strategic Plans
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration requests comment on strategic plans for five of its line offices. The five offices are National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service; National Marine Fisheries Service; National Ocean Service; National Weather Service; and the Office of Oceanic and Atmospheric Research. Comments are due by November 30, 2004.
