CRE Asks Marine Mammal Commission To Publish DQA Guidelines
The Center for Regulatory Effectiveness sent a letter to the Marine Mammal Commission requesting that the MMC comply with the Data Quality Act. The CRE letter requests that the MMC comply with the DQA by publishing DQA Guidelines. The CRE letter also requests that the MMC not disseminate any substantive information until the MMC publishes final DQA Guidelines.
