EPA Announces Peer Review Handbook
On June 2, 2006, the EPA announced the public availability of the third edition of EPA’s Peer Review Handbook. The Handbook is intended to be “a single, centralized form of implementation guidance for agency staff and managers.” EPA states that the third edition “incorporates insights gained from implementing the program over the last decade as well as the provisions of the OMB Final Information Quality Bulletin for Peer Review....”
