Report Questions Whether FDA Equipped To Regulate Nano
On October 6, 2006, the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars’ Project on emerging Technologies released a report which argues that the Food and Drug Administration does not have the legal, resource and scientific tools needed to regulate nanotechnology. The report’s release is coincidental with the FDA public hearing on regulating nano, which is to be held on October 10, 2006.
