OMB Publishes List of Regulatory Policy Officers
The White House Office of Management and Budget has published a list of Regulatory Policy Officers as of July 17, 2007.

The list is established in accordance with Executive Order 13422, which amends Executive Order 12866, Regulatory Planning and Review. Regulatory Policy Officers must now be presidential appointees. Their duties have also changed in some respects.

CRE commends OMB for publishing this list. These are important public servants and the public has the right to know who they are and how to contact them.
