CRE Requests Transparent EPA Action on EDSP
On October 13, 2009, the Center for Regulatory Effectiveness requested by letter that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency take certain actions related to the Agency's Endocrine Disruptor Screening Program. These actions include responding to all public comments on the EDSP and posting EPA's response so the public can read them. CRE's letter states that all the requested actions are required by EPA's repeated assurances that the Agency will operate in a transparent and open manner.

CRE requests that its readers inform EPA of their support for CRE's request. Please notify EPA of your support by sending an appropriate message to the email address opp.docket@epa.gov.
