BOEM Seeks Comments on Proposed 5-Year OCS Oil and Gas Leasing Program
The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management has published Federal Register notice seeking public comment on BOEM's Proposed 5-Year Outer Continental Shelf Oil and Gas Leasing Program for 2012-2017. At the same time, BOEM published Federal Register notice seeking public comment on the Agency's 5-Year Draft Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement for the 5-Year Plan. Comments must be submitted to BOEM no later than January 9, 2012.
