OMB Reviewing ICR for OCS Air Pollution Regulations
EPA has forwarded an Information Collection Request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval of an existing approved collection. Under the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.), OMB review and approval is necessary before EPA can collect the information covered by this ICR. EPA completed an active consultation with the U.S. Department of Interior's Bureau of Ocean Energy Management on this ICR in November 2011. This ICR covers Air Pollution Regulations for Outer Continental Shelf Activities. Comments on this ICR are due to OMB by February 27, 2012.
