NMFS and FWS Propose ESA Regulation Changes
The U.S. National Marine Fisheries Service and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service have proposed changes in their definition of Destruction or Adverse Modification of Critical Habitat under the Endangered Species Act. Comments are due to the Services on these proposed changes on or before July 11, 2014. The Services' Federal Register of these proposed changes is available here.

NMFS and FWS have also proposed Implementing Changes to the Regulations for Designating Critical Habitat under the ESA. Comments are due to the Services on these proposed changes on or before July 11, 2014. The Services' Federal Register of these proposed changes is available here.
