Agencies Publish Regulatory Agendas
On June 13, 2014, most federal agencies published Federal Register notice of their semiannual regulatory agendas. These agendas provide summary descriptions of the agencies' significant and not significant regulations being developed. These agendas are published in conformance with Executive Orders 12866 "Regulatory Planning and Review," and 13563 "Improving Regulation and Regulatory Review." These agenda also describe regulations affecting small entities as required by section 602 of the Regulatory Flexibility Act, Public Law 96-354. These agendas also identify regulatory actions that are being reviewed in compliance with section 610(c) of the Regulatory Flexibility Act.
