EPA Extends Comment Period on Petroleum Refinery Air Standards
The Environmental Protection Agency has extended the period for providing public comments on the June 30, 2014, proposed "Petroleum Refinery Sector Risk and Technology Review and New Source Performance Standards." This comment period has been extended by 60 days. Comments are now due to EPA on or before October 28, 2014.
