^®: CRE Regulatory Action of the Week

Public Comment Sought on Retrospective Review of Treasury Rules
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation are conducting a review of the regulations they have issued in order to identify outdated or otherwise unnecessary regulatory requirements imposed on insured depository institutions. This review is required by the Economic Growth and Regulatory Paperwork Reduction Act of 1996. The Agencies seek public comment on regulations in the following categories: Banking Operations, Capital, and the Community Reinvestment Act. DATES: Written comments must be received by no later than May 14, 2015.
