Financial Agencies Hold Outreach Meeting on Their Regulations' Effects On Rural Banks and Communities
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Treasury; Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System; and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation will hold the fourth in a series of outreach meetings on the Agencies' interagency process to review their regulations under the Economic Growth and Regulatory Paperwork Reduction Act of 1996. The particular focus of this meeting is the effects of the Agencies' regulations on rural banks and their communities. This outreach meeting will be held in Kansas City, Missouri on Tuesday, August 4, 2015, beginning at 9 a.m. Central Daylight Time. Online registrations will be accepted through July 27, 2015, or until all seats are filled, whichever is earlier.
