EPA Issues General NPDES Permit for Oil and Gas in Cook Inlet
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has reissued a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System General Permit to cover Oil and Gas Exploration Facilities in the Federal Waters of Cook Inlet, Alaska. The effective date of this GP will be September 1, 2016. Copies of the GP and EPA's Response to Comments may be sent to washington.audrey@epa.gov or godsey.cindi@epa.gov.
