Biased Law Review Article Demonstrates Need for OIRA Teaching Module
CRE is advocating the use of an OIRA Teaching Module in the nation's law schools. A recent student-written law review article demonstrates the need for this teaching module. The article criticizes the alleged deficiencies of centralized regulatory review but never mentions any of its merits, despite prominent judicial recognition of the merits. Exposure to the course material in the OIRA Teaching Module might have avoided or at least ameliorated this imbalance. Those interested in participating in the promotion of the OIRA Teaching Module should contact CRE, in particular those interested in conducting student roundtables on these issues.
