FDA Seeks Comment on Draft Guidance for Vending Machine Calorie Labeling 
The U.S. Food and drug administration has published a draft guidance for industry, entitled "Calorie Labeling of Articles of Food in Vending Machines." The draft guidance, when finalized, will help covered vending machine operators and industry to better understand and comply with the final rule entitled "Food Labeling: Calorie Labeling of Articles of Food in Vending Machines.” Public comments on this draft guidance are due to FDA by September 30, 2016.
