OMB Seeks Comment on Information Technology Modernization Initiative
The U.S. Office of Management and Budget seeks public comment on a draft memorandum titled, "Information Technology Modernization Initiative." The 30-day public comment period on the draft memorandum will end on November 25, 2016. Interested parties should provide comments at the following link: https://policy.cio.gov/it-modernization/. This draft memorandum proposes a new OMB policy to modernize the Federal government's aging IT systems.
