NOAA Seeks Comment on Revised NEPA Policy and Procedures
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration seeks public comment on NOAA's draft Companion Manual to NOAA Administrative Order NAO 216-6A. This Manual contains policy and procedures for implementing the National Environmental Policy Act and related authorities. Included in the Manual are NOAA's proposed revised categorical exclusions and related extraordinary circumstances. NOAA must receive any public comments on the revised NEPA procedures by December 19, 2016.
